FerryGrid is free to use. We earn money when you book a ferry through one of our booking partners.

How it works

A Book button takes you to our booking partner, currently Direct Ferries. If you book there, the partner pays us a commission. The price you pay is the same as when you go to the partner directly.

Book links are marked as sponsored and go through our own click counter at /go/… first. We count the click without storing anything that identifies you.

What it does not change

  • Timetables, next departures and notices are the same whether or not a route can be booked.
  • We do not rank routes or operators by commission.
  • Where no booking partner sells a route, we link to the operator's own website instead, with no commission.
